You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by sending /deleteaccount in the Telegram bot. This will remove your watchlist, account record, and alert history from our servers. Stripe subscription data may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.
Our website (insideralerts.io) does not use tracking cookies. The only cookies set are necessary for payment processing via Stripe's secure checkout.
