We process refunds within 1-3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear.
If we issue a refund, we may move the refunded subscription back to the Free plan as part of refund handling. This is separate from the normal cancel-at-renewal subscription flow shown in your account area. You can continue using InsiderAlerts for free (up to 3 tickers) indefinitely.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the paid billing period has started, because the service has already been provided for that billing period. However, we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis, so if you had an issue with the service during that period, please reach out and we'll work with you.
