Refund Policy
We stand behind InsiderAlerts. If you're not satisfied with your first paid subscription, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within your first 7 days.
Not happy? Get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
Eligibility
You qualify for a full refund if:
- You started your first paid InsiderAlerts subscription within the last 7 days
- This is your first subscription (not a re-subscription after a previous refund)
- You contact us within 7 days of your initial payment date
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply:
- Email support@insideralerts.io from your account email address and include your payment date
- Or contact support from your InsiderAlerts account and tell us you'd like a refund
We process refunds within 1-3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear.
After a Refund
If we issue a refund, we may move the refunded subscription back to the Free plan as part of refund handling. This is separate from the normal cancel-at-renewal subscription flow shown in your account area. You can continue using InsiderAlerts for free (up to 3 tickers) indefinitely.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the paid billing period has started, because the service has already been provided for that billing period. However, we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis, so if you had an issue with the service during that period, please reach out and we'll work with you.
