Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of insideralerts.io, the InsiderAlerts dashboard, linked delivery channels, and related account, billing, and communications features.

1. Service description

InsiderAlerts monitors public SEC EDGAR materials, including Form 4 filings and related filing data, and reformats that information into product features such as watchlists, summaries, alerts, and account-linked delivery flows.

InsiderAlerts is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

2. No financial advice

InsiderAlerts does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. All information is provided for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own research and any investment decisions you make.

3. Plans and subscription terms

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. InsiderAlerts currently tracks account billing state through the end of the current billing period, and plan changes may be applied immediately or scheduled according to the billing logic shown in your account area.

4. Cancellation, downgrades, and billing

You may cancel or change your subscription from the account-management experience in the dashboard. If a cancellation or downgrade is scheduled for period end, you retain paid access until the current billing period ends.

Stripe processes payments and may provide invoices or billing records associated with your subscription. Refund eligibility, where offered, is governed by the Refund Policy.
